In vitro fertilization treatment has now become a method that most couples can access and achieve successful results. It has become a widely preferred treatment method because it is more affordable, has a higher chance of success, and makes couples smile with its results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-452ud12824\">The problem of infertility concerns many couples all over the world, including our country. In our country, 15 out of every hundred couples have problems having children. Prejudices have been destroyed with awareness about in vitro fertilization. If a couple has unprotected sexual intercourse for a year and cannot have a child, they can resort to in vitro fertilization. With the innovations and methods developed in in vitro fertilization, the chance of having a child has increased considerably. Some of these methods are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-jh2xi12826\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"paternal-lymphocyte-vaccine\"><\/span>Paternal lymphocyte vaccine<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-kknpz12828\">Thanks to the advances made in the studies, it has been concluded that immune system disorders can play a very important role in recurrent IVF failures. Lymphocyte cells are separated in the blood sample obtained from the male candidate. They are injected into the mother&#8217;s arm from 4 different areas. This procedure is applied 3 times before IVF treatment and 2 times after treatment. The aim of this vaccine is to take precautions against the formation of immune cells that could harm the developing baby in the womb. Paternal lymphocyte vaccine is a method that is successfully applied in recurrent IVF failures today. It does not harm the mother or the baby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-fy6ke12830\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"assisted-budding-with-laser\"><\/span>Assisted budding with laser<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-g3xfc12832\">There are many factors that affect the success of IVF treatment. One of the most important of these factors is the attachment of the fertilized egg (embryo) to the uterus. In order for the embryo to have a chance of attachment to the uterus, the outer layer surrounding the embryo, the zona, must thin and disappear. This stage can be made practical by creating a window in the zona layer under laboratory conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-dko7r12834\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"artificial-intrauterine-application\"><\/span>Artificial intrauterine application<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-d1azz12836\">Before starting IVF treatment, endometrial cells are taken from the inner wall of the uterus through a biopsy. These cells are developed in laboratory conditions and a nutrient-rich, natural environment is created for the development of embryos obtained through IVF treatment. It is the last point that an embryo can reach before attaching to the uterus. As a result of these effects, blood flow to the uterus is increased. The inner wall of the uterus matures in this way and as a result, the uterus is made suitable for pregnancy. Reiki is a very easy method to apply. In addition to being natural, it has also been proven to support treatment. It is also thought that the use of antioxidants can increase the chance of success in in vitro fertilization treatments. For this reason, the use of antioxidants is recommended.
