Success is usually achieved in the first three attempts. However, there are couples who can achieve pregnancy in their 6th attempt. Couples can try as many times as their psychological and economic strength allows. These cysts can be treated in a short time. Treatment should be started after the treatment is provided. If these patients have good ovarian reserves, they can take as long a break as they want. This break can be a few months or a few years. However, it should not be forgotten that ovarian reserves will decrease with age. Ovarian reserves decrease especially after the age of 35.
