The researchers stated that a woman&#8217;s chances of having a child using her own eggs at this age are almost zero. However, it is important to note that each woman&#8217;s ovarian reserve and quality are unique. For this reason, it is important to contact an IVF specialist about the chances of success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-6qzqf1702\">Age is one of the most important factors affecting in vitro fertilization (IVF) success rates. We share IVF success rates by age group, as reported to the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technologies (SART) in 2012. These rates represent the percentage of women who gave birth after embryo transfer with IVF. First, we share IVF success rates for women using fresh embryos.
