Cancellation and Refund Terms<\/h2>\n

Cancellation, withdrawal and refund conditions applicable to the e-consultation service.<\/p>\n

General<\/h3>\nWhen you place an order or book an appointment electronically through the website, you are deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement presented to you. The service purchased is subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014 \/ No. 29188). The service purchased does not involve physical delivery; accordingly, no shipping, delivery or return of goods applies.\n

Where the Service Cannot Be Provided<\/h3>\nShould the provision of the service become impossible, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of the situation and shall refund the total amount collected to the BUYER within 14 days.\n

Non-Payment<\/h3>\nShould the BUYER fail to pay the price of the service, or cancel the payment in the bank records, the SELLER’s obligation to provide the service shall come to an end.\n

Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\nIn distance contracts concerning the provision of services, the withdrawal period is 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the contract is concluded. Within this period, and provided that the provision of the service has not commenced, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason. A withdrawal request must be submitted in writing (by e-mail or post) using the contact details below.\n

Cases in Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised<\/h3>\nPursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in respect of services whose provision has commenced with the BUYER’s consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period, nor in respect of services performed instantaneously in an electronic environment. The commencement of the online consultation at the appointment time falls within this scope; the BUYER accepts that they have been informed of this matter in advance.\n

Refund Conditions<\/h3>\nIn the event of a valid withdrawal or cancellation, the SELLER shall refund the price of the service to the BUYER within 14 days at the latest, calculated from the date on which the withdrawal notice reaches the SELLER.\n
The refund is made to the card used by the BUYER for payment, through the iyzico payment system. Pursuant to its agreement with iyzico, the SELLER cannot issue refunds in cash. Depending on banking procedures, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in the BUYER’s account.<\/div>\n

Default and Its Legal Consequences<\/h3>\nShould the BUYER fall into default in transactions carried out by credit card, they shall pay interest within the framework of the agreement between them and the issuing bank and shall be liable towards that bank. In such a case, the bank concerned may resort to legal remedies and may claim from the BUYER any resulting costs and attorney’s fees.\n

Payment<\/h3>\nPayments are collected on the site by credit or debit card, by means of the secure payment method whose infrastructure is provided by iyzi \u00d6deme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.\u015e.
