To protect against infertility

Infertility caused by the male, a solution may not always be found. However, alcohol and cigarette use, which can cause infertility, should be avoided as much as possible. However, if you are in extremely hot environments, negative effects are seen in sperm production and mobility.

If a man wants to become a father in the coming years, he should avoid surgical operations that resemble vasectomy and that will cause permanent infertility.

For women, it is useful to implement certain practices to increase the pregnancy rate. These are;

  • Drug consumption should be minimized: Prescription and over-the-counter drugs sold in pharmacies can negatively affect women's ability to get pregnant and cause early termination of pregnancy. However, if there are drugs that need to be used continuously, these drugs should definitely be reported to the doctor and the use of the drug should be continued according to the doctor's recommendation.

  • Beware of excess weight: The hormone levels of people who are much more overweight than normal are negatively affected by this situation. In this case, it may manifest as infertility.

  • Be careful about alcohol and cigarettes: Harmful substances such as cigarettes and alcohol seriously reduce the chance of having a child and often cause infertility. They prevent a healthy pregnancy and can also lead to miscarriages.

  • Acupuncture: Acupuncture is a very old treatment method. It minimizes the stress that may occur during IVF treatment, which is an infertility treatment, and purifies from negative thoughts. Psychological support can be received to cope with the emotional effects that occur after the treatment.

If the results obtained after the in vitro fertilization treatment are negative, it is also beneficial to get psychological support in order to prevent the psychological problems that this situation may cause and to get rid of its effects.
