What are the changes in the expectant mother in the 26th week of pregnancy?

During these weeks, your uterus may experience sudden contractions that come and go, but this is not a cause for concern. Since your uterus is growing, these contractions are quite normal. During this period, you should be sensitive to the risk of premature birth and not skip your doctor's check-ups. Since your baby is getting heavier during this period, your vertebrae may have difficulty carrying it, so be careful to stand upright and pay attention to the shoes you wear and avoid high-heeled shoes. During this period, do not become obsessed with the weight you gain, but do not exaggerate the food issue of pregnancy, be careful to eat healthy foods, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and foods with high fiber content will prevent you from becoming constipated. Milk and dairy products are very important for your bone development because your baby needs calcium a lot. If you do not eat a diet rich in calcium, your calcium storage in your bones will decrease, which will weaken your bones.
